Here’s What to Expect
Who: Your PeerCircle is made up of you, and up to 6-8 other senior managers, directors, and VPs with roles focused on VoC & Customer Experience. You are all at mid or large B2B SaaS companies and are not competitors. The Circle is a highly curated, high caliber group of peers.
What: This is a committed mastermind program with a group curated just for you. The purpose is to build your network of trusted peers and engage in relevant and productive dialogue that everyone can benefit from. This is a professionally facilitated format for community building where you can bring your challenges to get quick, reliable feedback and best practices from peers who understand you.
When: Your Circle launches in mid-February 2024 at a mutually convenient time for everyone. During your onboarding call, you will share ideal times that work for you.
Investment: This program is free of charge. The total time commitment is 4 hours across 4 months. By agreeing to be part of this Circle, you are committing to meeting for 1 hour, 1 time a month for 4 months on Zoom (near the end of February – June). If you miss more than 1 meeting, you forfeit your place in the Circle. This is an intentional, committed group. You invest in yourself and your peers.

The Agenda:
The PeerCircles program is a committed group program. Each session is designed to build on top of each other and deepen impact and bonds. Everyone in the Circle will have a chance to speak and be heard. The content is informed by what the participants of the Circle contribute.
The format below is proven to be effective based on having led 500+ Circle meetings for thousands of individuals inside some of the biggest and most innovative brands.
Session 1 - February: Deep Introductions
In this first meeting you’ll learn who is in the Circle and have a chance to hear and share your recent wins, challenges, emerging projects and skills so the group can understand how best to support you and lean on you. You'll also learn trends that were discussed in all of the onboarding calls so you can find out what matters most to this group.
Session 2 - March: Emerging Tech, Trends & Hot Topics
We’ll start by brainstorming emerging tech and trends to watch out for. Then, 2 people from the Circle will share a specific challenge or "Hot Topic" they are grappling with. They'll have the opportunity to receive direct feedback and support from the group.
Session 3 - April: Creative Problem-Solving Tactics & Hot Topics
We’ll start by sharing various problem-solving tactics that can be applied to dynamic situations at your organizations. Then, 2 people from the Circle will share a specific challenge or "Hot Topic" they are grappling with. They'll have the opportunity to receive direct feedback and support from the group.
Session 4 - June: Looking Ahead with Support
We’ll begin by brainstorming the most important, top of mind topics to stay ahead of the curve. Then, 2 people from the Circle will share a specific challenge or "Hot Topic" they are grappling with. We’ll conclude with a brief brainstorm on how the group wants to continue engaging so the benefits of the Circle endure.
*At the end of each meeting, you’ll receive AI-Insights about the session so you can stay present during the meeting and have an artifact to share with your organization.
